Buyer’s Guide to Choosing Window Squeegees

Professional window squeegees help remove cleaning solution and water from glass for a clearer, streak-free finish. Insinc’s range includes complete window-cleaning kits, Unger ErgoTec and Ninja squeegees, channels, handles, T-bars, washer sleeves, replacement rubber and tool holsters.

Sizes range from compact 25cm tools for smaller panes to 75cm channels and washers for large commercial windows.

Which Window Cleaning Tool Do You Need?

A complete squeegee or window-cleaning kit is a practical starting point for general commercial use. T-bars fitted with compatible washer sleeves are used to apply and agitate cleaning solution, while squeegee channels and rubber blades remove the remaining liquid.

Smaller 25–35cm tools provide better control on narrow windows, while 45–75cm options cover large glass areas more quickly. Professional holsters keep frequently used tools accessible while working.

When Should You Replace the Rubber or Sleeve?

Replace squeegee rubber when it becomes nicked, hardened or uneven, as worn edges can leave streaks on the glass. Match the replacement rubber length to the channel size.

Washer sleeves should also match the T-bar width. Clean reusable sleeves after use and replace them when the fibres become worn or no longer hold cleaning solution effectively.
